1. Information we collect
We collect information in the following ways:
Information you provide directly. When you fill out a contact form, request a quote, schedule service, or call us, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, service address, and a description of your plumbing issue.
Information collected automatically when you visit the Site. When you use calischoice.com, we and our third-party tools automatically collect:

Information from phone calls. We use CallRail, a call tracking and analytics service, on phone numbers displayed on the Site and our Google Business Profiles. Calls to these numbers are recorded for quality assurance, training, and service purposes. CallRail also collects the caller’s phone number, call duration, the page or source that led to the call, and other metadata. If you do not wish to have your call recorded, please notify the representative at the start of the call or contact us by another method.
Information from third-party advertising and analytics platforms. When you arrive at the Site through Google Ads, Google search results, or other channels, we may receive information about how you got here, including search terms (where available) and ad interactions.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) give you the following rights regarding your personal information:
